Mar 10, 2010 10:03 AM | I messaged all coaches this morning.
I have enough feedback now re: offnights, but the main change is that we`re going from scheduling games at 70 minute increments to 60 minutes in order to fit 4 more games a week at Lake Fairfax so that the league is playing entirely on turf.
We are also going to guarantee 10 games instead of 9. Will have the revised schedule up with the teams shifted off off-nights and games added into Lake Fairfax this afternoon. |

One more thing...playoff games will be back to 70 minute game slots, the above is for regular season only. |

Tom, what happened to our game on Wednesday 3/31 vs Wolves at 8pm Poplar Tree? Plans have already been made around that day and time slot. Please don`t change it. |

Tom, any particular reason our game against the Wolves this Wednesday has been adjusted? I know we still have on Wednesday (vs the Greyhounds), but we were looking forward to playing some of the best the league had to offer. I don`t even see them (the Wolves) listed on the Week 3 schedule anymore |

Mar 26, 2010 9:35 PM | subject: re: SCHEDULING UPDATE
When you get a second, can you drop us a line on what`s up with the schedule. Week 1, there was a team from each division with a bye. Then you said you were doing away with the bye`s and adding a cross division game, thus taking away the bye`s. This upcoming week there are 2 teams with bye`s from the same division (wolves, lunatics) and multiple teams with multiple games per week. What`s going on? what can we expect? |

Mar 27, 2010 08:29 AM | subject: re: SCHEDULING UPDATE
2 week one byes teams before we changed to make it an out of division game every week, so there is 1 "remainder game" every week to carry (actually 2 now).
There are actually 4 teams in the Open East not playing next week. Public Option, CCR NOVAs and Wolves could not field a team thus Greyhounds-7 pt spread was moved from week 4 to week 3. Any game that is not played will be made up as a double header week for that team at some point. |
